Services

How frequently will the Halo team visit my property?

Our signature packages guarantee you a quarterly visit to align with preventative maintenance with the needs of each season. If you are interested in a la carté services, we’ll coordinate visits that work with your schedule!

Does Halo make repairs or perform maintenance on-site?

No, your Halo expert won’t perform any work during an inspection. When we come for quarterly visits, our experts work from a [prescribed maintenance checklist]. Depending on the nature of any repairs or services needed, we will make arrangements for Halo to return or we’ll refer you to one of our trusted partners.

Can I call Halo for emergency services (e.g. downed trees, flooding, fire)?

We hope this never happens to any of our customers, but in the event of an emergency or natural disaster…We are not your first stop for emergencies.

Can I customize the services offered by Halo to suit my specific needs?

Yes, and no. We do have add-ons you can enjoy, but only customers that subscribe to one of our annual plans can schedule a la carté services such as gutter cleaning and power-washing.

How does Halo ensure customer satisfaction?

We’ll be in contact with you every step of the way. You’ll receive a checklist of all the items we completed in your home and what our findings are. If needed, we’ll refer you to a trusted resource in plumbing, HVAC, landscaping, pest control, etc.

If my technician finds something that needs to be repaired – is that included in my maintenance plan?

Any repairs that are discovered and determined to be completed will be an additional charge to your annual maintenance plan – we will either send you an estimate for the service or give you a vetted and reliable referral to get the job complete!

Billing

How does the billing cycle work? Are there flexible payment plans?

For new customers, we complete our “New Customer Checklist” which is equivalent to two-quarterly services. As such, we take a 50% deposit. From there, you are billed quarterly.

What if I change my mind or no longer need Halo’s services?

Not a problem, you will be given a prorated credit if applicable.

Can I get a discount if I pay in full?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount if you pay your annual plan in full.
