  • When I sign up for the maintenance package, how frequently will your company team visit my property?

    Our signature packages guarantee you a quarterly visit, which aligns preventative maintenance with each season’s needs. If you are interested in a la carte services, we’ll coordinate visits that work with your schedule!

  • Do you offer a referral program?

    Yes, we do offer a referral program. Please contact us for details.

  • Do you offer commercial building maintenance?

    Absolutely! We have a proprietary maintenance checklist designed specifically for commercial facilities.

  • Will your company make repairs during an inspection?

    No, we won’t perform any work during an inspection. When we come for quarterly visits, our team works from a prescribed maintenance checklist. Depending on the nature of any repairs or services needed, we will make arrangements for us to return after the inspection, or we’ll refer you to one of our trusted partners.

  • Do you offer emergency services?

    We hope this never happens to any of our customers, but in the event of an emergency or natural disaster, we are not your first call.

  • Can I customize your services to fit my specific needs?

    Yes, and no. We do have add-ons you can enjoy, but only customers who subscribe to one of our annual plans can schedule these add-on services, which include gutter cleaning and power washing.

  • How do you ensure your customers are satisfied?

    We’ll be in touch with you from start to finish. You’ll receive a checklist of all the work we completed in your home and what our findings are. If needed, we’ll refer you to a trusted resource in another specialty area, like plumbing, HVAC, landscaping, and pest control.

  • If your technician finds something that needs to be fixed, is that included in my maintenance plan?

    Any repairs that are discovered and determined to be completed will be an additional charge to your annual maintenance plan. We will either send you an estimate for the service or give you a vetted and reliable referral to get the job completed!

    Yes, you’ll get 10% off if you pay your annual plan in full.

  • Do you offer flexible payment plans?

    For new customers, we complete our “New Customer Checklist” which is equivalent to two-quarterly services. As such, we take a 50% deposit. After that, you are billed quarterly.
